Admission

To enroll a child parents must complete all enrollment forms and pay the enrollment fee (non-refundable unless moving out of town). Supply fees (see below) will be included on your first invoice.

A current record of immunizations must also be provided and updated periodically according to the immunization schedule prescribed by the Alabama Department of Public Health. All enrollment and immunization forms must be completed before a child will be accepted for care.

When space is available, preference is given to members of Spring Hill Baptist Church. Enrollment is one week during the winter for the following fall for members of Spring Hill Baptist Church and those presently enrolled in our program. The remaining spaces are opened to the general public about a week later.

Our Waiting List Policy

To place a child on our waiting list complete the Information Card. You will be contacted according to the date the Information Card is received in our office as well as the following criteria.

#1	Members of Spring Hill Baptist with children currently enrolled.
#2	Families who have siblings currently enrolled in our program.
#3	Members of Spring Hill Baptist enrolling for the first time.
#4	Non-church members enrolling for the first time.

When a space is available those on our Waiting List will be contacted beginning at the top. The first to accept the space by agreeing to the following will receive it.

1.	Complete the Enrollment Card and pay the non-refundable $100.00 enrollment fee.
2.	Decide with the Director/Asst. Director on the agreed upon start date which must be within one week.
3.	If the space is not needed immediately, you begin paying the weekly day care fee (or the monthly preschool tuition) when you accept the space regardless of whether the child attends. We will not hold a space without payment.

If you decline the space but want to remain on the Waiting List, you will move down on the list. You will again be contacted as space becomes available.

Placing your name on the Waiting List in no way guarantees placement in our programs.

During Enrollment Week it is possible to enroll for the upcoming school year if you register while there are still openings. The first week of registration is reserved for our current program families and church members on a first come basis. The second week is open to the public as long as space remains.

If you choose to register during this week, then you are agreeing to pay for the space when the new year begins in August regardless of whether the baby is here.

Fees

The $100.00 Enrollment Fee must be paid annually when enrolling your child for the next year. No space will be reserved if this fee is not paid. This fee is non-refundable unless the child moves out of the city before school opens.

If a family is paying the enrollment fee for three or more children, then partial payment will be accepted as follows: $200 must be paid to reserve the spaces with the balance paid within sixty (60) days.

The Supply Fee will be included in your first billing. This non-refundable fee helps with supplying materials necessary for the children's developmental needs. The fees are as follows:

$50 4 yr old classes

$45 2 & 3 yr old classes

$40 Infant & Toddler classes

Day Care Classes

Parents are required to pay tuition on a weekly basis. The weekly fee is due on Mondays. If not paid on or before Wednesday, a $5.00 late fee will be due along with your payment. If not paid by Friday, we cannot accept your child for care the following Monday. Our day care fees are:

Full Day Care (7:00 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.)

Infant $122.00 per week

Toddler and Up $117.00 per week

Nine to One Classes

Tuition is due the first day of the month. If it is not paid by the 5th day of the month, a late fee of $10 will be added. If the total due is not received by the tenth day of the month, the child will not be accepted in our program until the account is current. Our preschool tuition is divided into nine payments. The monthly tuition payments are:

1 Day Toddler Room only	$71.00 per month
2 Days	$135.00 per month
3 Days	$184.00 per month
5 Days	$258.00 per month

*Field Trips

Four year classes will make periodic field trips to places of interest as appropriate to their curriculum. Parents will be notified before each trip. Permission forms will be required.

Transportation will be provided by parents. Each child will need an appropriate child booster seat. The booster seat is to be provided by the parent on the day of the field trip.
