An integral instrument of worship in the Spring Hill Baptist Church sanctuary is a 43-rank pipe organ. The organ was built in 1977 by the Wicks Organ Company of Highland, Illinois. In January 2004, the Wicks Organ company was again selected to renovate and update the instrument. A dedication service was held in February 2005 for the renovated instrument.
The organ is a 3 manual and pedal instrument that provides dynamic leadership in worship through the accompaniment of congregational singing, choral anthems, and vocal and instrumental solos. In addition, the instrument is capable of playing a wide range of organ literature and is often used for the instruction of organ students.
