Staff

Dr. Paul Sands has been Pastor of Spring Hill Baptist Church since January 2011.  Before coming to Spring Hill, Dr. Sands was Associate Professor of Theology at the George W. Truett Seminary at Baylor University. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.S.), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.A. in Theology, with honors), and Baylor University (Ph.D.). Before joining the faculty at Truett, Dr. Sands taught in the religion department at Baylor and at Southwestern Seminary.

Paul and his wife, Linda, have been married for thirty-two years. They have three daughters, of whom they are ridiculously proud, and two sons-in-law, who might as well be sons. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking long walks, reading, and traveling.
